UNITED STATES: Buyer to pay $13.99 for shipping and handling for the first item purchased and $8 for each additional item purchased.

CANADA: Shipping charges to Canada are double the above rates. You are responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes. We declare the full purchase price on the Customs Forms. We will not mark the items as gifts or samples.

ALL: We do combine shipping for multiple orders. Please contact us before paying if your invoice does not discount shipping for multiple orders.
